01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the gbazze online casino and sports betting service accessible at gbazze.net and any associated mobile-optimised versions or applications.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the gbazze platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered account held by a Player on the gbazze platform, through which the Player deposits funds, places wagers, and manages their gaming activity.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player from their own financial resources, currently held in their gbazze BDT wallet and available for wagering or withdrawal.

• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, which is the primary transactional currency of the gbazze platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the gbazze platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. This acceptance is effective from the date you first access the platform or complete registration, whichever occurs first.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of any other person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and that by accepting these Terms you are doing so on their behalf.

gbazze reserves the right to require you to reconfirm your acceptance of these Terms at any time, including when material amendments are made. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

03 Eligibility & Registration

To open a gbazze account and use the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. gbazze operates a strict minimum age policy and enforces age verification checks. Providing false date-of-birth information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must be a human individual. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to hold accounts on the gbazze platform.
• You must not be subject to any legal prohibition on accessing online gambling services in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, or other payment account.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended account on the gbazze platform. Only one account per individual player is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance held in them may be voided.
• You must not be an employee, director, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of gbazze or any of its affiliated third-party game or payment providers.

gbazze reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any time, including at the point of withdrawal. Players who cannot satisfactorily complete verification may have their withdrawal request suspended pending the provision of the required documentation.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gbazze login credentials, including your username and password. gbazze will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any third party to use your account, or use any third party's account. Each account is strictly for personal use by the registered account holder only.

You must notify gbazze immediately via the 24/7 live chat support channel if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that any payment method linked to your account has been used fraudulently. gbazze will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification; however, gbazze is not liable for any losses incurred prior to your notification.

gbazze employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the platform. Two-factor authentication via SMS OTP to your registered Bangladesh mobile number is available and strongly recommended for all accounts. gbazze may, at its discretion, require two-factor authentication before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gbazze platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). gbazze does not apply currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which gbazze bears no responsibility.

Accepted deposit methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer, City Bank direct transfer, BRAC Bank direct transfer, Islami Bank direct transfer, and Sonali Bank direct transfer. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds of confirmation in your mobile wallet application.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into your account, and only to the same account holder. gbazze does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, gbazze may require identity verification, proof of age, and confirmation that the payment method used for deposits belongs to you. Withdrawals will not be processed until all required verification is satisfactorily completed.
• gbazze reserves the right to place a pending period on withdrawal requests for security review purposes. Players will be notified of any delay via the registered contact details on their account.
• gbazze reserves the right to refuse or reverse a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the funds were obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any breach of these Terms.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

gbazze offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions that apply to all gbazze promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 18 and above only. You must have a verified gbazze account to claim a bonus.
• Each Player may claim a specific bonus offer only once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited.
• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any resulting winnings may be transferred to your Real Money Balance and subsequently withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated on each promotion page and typically range from 20x to 50x the bonus amount on eligible games.

07 Game Rules & Betting

Each game available on the gbazze platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

In relation to sports betting, including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds and conditions displayed at the time the bet is placed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
• In the event of a match or event being postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, gbazze's settlement rules for the relevant sport and market type will apply. These rules are published on the sports betting section of the platform.
• gbazze reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event's outcome has been determined (commonly referred to as "past posting"), or any bet placed using odds that were displayed in error due to a technical fault.
• The maximum payout on any single bet or combination bet is subject to the limits displayed on the platform at the time of placement. gbazze reserves the right to limit the maximum stake amount for any player, market, or event at its discretion.

For live casino games provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, the rules of each table game variant — including Lightning Roulette, Speed Baccarat, Andar Bahar, and Teen Patti — are governed by the respective provider's rules as displayed within the live game stream interface.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the gbazze platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances (including Real Money Balance where permitted by applicable law), and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their explicit, documented consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other point of interaction with gbazze.
• Using any software, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, bot, script, or automated system to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in any way that circumvents normal human gameplay.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the gbazze platform, including but not limited to the gbazze brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and user interface elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of gbazze or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gbazze platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content on the platform for any commercial purpose.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is made available to Players on the gbazze platform under licence. Any reproduction or redistribution of such content is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, connectivity issues, and events beyond gbazze's reasonable control may temporarily affect platform availability. gbazze will not be liable for any losses incurred as a direct result of platform unavailability.

gbazze does not guarantee any particular outcome in any game or betting market. All gaming and betting outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or by the real-world outcome of the relevant sporting event. Past results do not indicate or guarantee future outcomes.

12 Privacy & Data

gbazze collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

gbazze collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory compliance. 13 Amendments to These Terms

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by changes in applicable law — may be made with immediate effect and without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page and is identified by its version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document.

If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must close your account before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

14 Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the gbazze platform operator's jurisdiction of incorporation. Nothing in this clause limits any rights that you may have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of Bangladesh.
